Our primary business includes geotechnical testing for clean and environmentally-contaminated soils, concrete/aggregate testing, and treatability/soil stabilization studies.
Conveniently located in the Atlanta area near major interstates, T.E.S.T.. is accredited through the AASHTO program and recently celebrated its 20th anniversary of providing industry-leading analysis.
Founded in 2005 by a veteran in the civil engineering field with over forty years of domestic and international experience, Lev Buchko, P.E., serves as T.E.S.T..'s president and technical director, ensuring every project meets our rigorous standards of quality and precision.

US-Russia Symposium (2018)
In May 2018, Lev Buchko was selected as one of ten delegates from the Geo-Institute of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) for a US-Russia Symposium.
Held in conjunction with the Russian Society for Soil Mechanics, Foundations, and Geotechnical Engineering (RSSMGFE), the event focused on sharing best practices in geotechnical engineering codes and standards from both nations.
Lev Buchko delivered a key presentation on "Laboratory Testing of Soils in the U.S. per ASTM and AASHTO Standards," presented in both Russian and English.
